Welcome to our Website. Although primarily designed as a source of information for our parishioners, we welcome all who have an interest in our community.  Eastchurch is a Parish on the Isle of Sheppey in the Borough of Swale, County of Kent.  The Parish is a rural area of some 5,875 acres (2,378 hectares) and occupies both high ground and marsh areas of the Island, bounded by Minster, the Thames Estuary,  Leysdown and the Swale, at its centre is the Village of Eastchurch, which dates back to 1431.  The 2001 census recorded our population at 1,432 people, living in 589 households.
